We bring together like-minded people from all walks of life
Why Do We Meet
We meet to improve the lives of people living with mood disorders. Such as Major Depression Disorder (MDD), Bipolar Disorder (BD), General Anxiety Disorder (GAD), and Seasonal Effective Disorder (SAD), and to support each other in our quest toward recovery and to manage these disorders.
Who We Are
We are a courageous group of caring, intelligent, and highly talented individuals (peers). We hold open, free support group meetings and offer various information. Our focus is on self-help and connecting with like-minded individuals? All in a safe, accepting, nonjudgmental, and confidential peer-to-peer environment.
What We Are
We are one of over 200 Chapters of the National Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance serving areas in and around the Greater San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys.
"Mental health recovery is a journey of healing and transformation, enabling a person with a mental health problem to live a meaningful life in a community of their choice while striving to achieve their full potential."
