3-5-23DBSA Zoom Book Study GroupDescription as follows: A book is assigned that is about depression, bipolar, PTSD, anxiety, or related mental illness. During the Zoom call, we discuss intending to bring forward behaviors, strategies, and ideas for improvement. Reading the book is optimal, but you may join the call regardless and benefit. Initially, we will schedule the sessions bi-monthly and see where it goes—going forward, March 14 and 28th, April 11 and 25th, etcetera. We start at 7 PM and generally go for about an hour.

The current book is Brain Lock, Twentieth Anniversary Edition: Free Yourself from Obsessive-Compulsive Behavior (audible.com) by Jeffrey M. Schwartz.
I will host. A reservation isn’t required. If you start your participation after we have started a book, you are welcome. We will figure out how to accommodate you. Email me about our current status. You don’t have to be attending a DBSA Zoom or in-person meeting to join our book club.
